If creating Hip Hop music was a game of poker, Hasani Lateef would be sitting at the table as the chip leader. “Open Range” is Hasani’s newest & freshest release and it’s a sure hit. Packed with twenty one of the best songs fans need to hear this album is worth every ounce of listening attention. Hasani proves himself once again as a heavyweight with the skills to back it up. “Open Range” opens up with a track entitled “Love & War”. It’s an intro track, short and sweet, & real nice. The album continues with “Son Shine” which features a breathtaking beat and some calm but dazzling lyrics. The intensity is felt, but this is a track fans can chillax to while reclining. This track is a true sample of the incredible beats that bless this album. The beats through-out the album are creative, unique, fresh, intense, and exceptional. The buffet continues to be served with “AmeriKKKan Pie” which is a topic oriented track that is by design, to bless fans with insight. Hasani does incredible on the microphone while relaying his message. This is an interesting track that fans will relate to and appreciate. The music continues to be hot through-out the entire album. The most appreciated tracks featured include “Son Shine”, “Star Scream”, “So Fine”, “When the Son Shines”, and “Contigo”. The albums genetic predisposition is super-musical DNA. All songs are well put together and certainly entertaining. “Open Range” is an album that fans can listen to & enjoy from front to back, back to front.

Most of the music featured on this album has a club vibe to it that dazzles fans with a grovey latin vibe. The bounce is high octane and fans can expect to be moved. Songs like “Tu Manera” and “This Life” are incredibly full of life and energy that fans will certainly feed from. This is music for the soul. The production is never disappointing and always sharply on point. The lyrics Hasani delivers are powerful, intense, well written & articulated, insightful, fresh and creative. All the building blocks that make up the music are solid. Featured friends such as Mic Mountain, Uno vs All, Lee Majors, G-Vito, Stephanie, Charlita, and Thadius contribute positively to the album. The production squad consists of Uno vs All, James Flames, Bless, Elemental, and Life.
