Everglaze taught himself to write rap lyrics and poetry in 1998 They were obviously wack but his resources came from Atmosphere and Abstract Rude After a year of rapping on the streets and freestyling in front of convenience stores with friends he went back to his basement and recorded a song entitled Cash in 1999 In 2000 he met a Finland cat named Reflect and the two teamed to become CMF Submentalz After working on production the most memorable beat that they created was the local classic battle beat entitled Eternal Darkness Everglaze then started to focus more on his solo projects and soon in 2001 he presented Book of Styles LP which is really a collection of all his oldies from 99-early 01 Inspired by all types of music and frequently developing his style as well as ideas he has become a different emcee from the rest and uses his poetics to his advantage Everglaze has also gotten the attention of Hip Hop heads in Germany Finland and Korea Being Korean himself and possibly one of the best emcees from London Canada alongside Toolshed ViRTuaL and Concussion hes briefly establishing a reputation for himself Online he has become the GMF Champion of Goldenmicnet before the site went vacant Everglaze will continue to prove non-believers that he has potential and also unstoppable lyrical content
